  CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  Terms of employment: Full Time, Permanent

  Location: North York, Ontario

  Description:

  YesUp was founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2001 under the name YesUp Ecommerce Solutions Inc. Headquartered in the city of Toronto, YesUp has achieved many awards and international recognition for the level of service provided to its clients in the areas of high quality design, programming, technical expertise and marketing innovation.

  Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers’ inquiries and complaints via CRM/Ticket/Phone/Live Support systems; providing tailor-made services
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Dealing with any customer service related cases/problems/questions which the CSR level 1 cannot solve
  • Large Accounts/Campaigns management
  • Large Pub Sites follow up and management
  • Monitoring traffic delivery & top campaigns and providing relevant supports
  • Network Support
  • Answering Forums
  • Generating reports to Manager/Assistant Manager of the Customer Services Dept.
  • Some other general CS duties

  Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.A. in relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient in oral & written English
  • Excellent phone skills and communication skills;
  • Polite manners and positive working attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skill
  • Sales skills is a plus

  PHP PROGRAMMER

  Terms of employment: Full Time, Permanent

  Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business requirements and providing consultation to application
  • Designing, developing, testing and maintaining code, templates and database modules
  • Web development using LAMP, PHP, MySQL, ADODB, Zend, MVC, Eclipse
  • Front end development with CSS, HTML/DHTML, XML, Ajax, Jquery, Extjs, Javascript and Dreamweaver.
  • Working on projects of AdOnion, MyAdmarket, Anyemails and Clicksor

  Requirements:

  • A College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Knowledge of iPhone SDK, J2ME, Blackberry SDK, Android SDK, Window CE development is an asset.
  • 1 year of working experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable in Linux, Apache, PHP and MySQL
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Program
  • Knowledge of Ajax, XML and Javascript
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML/DHTML
  • Knowledge of Jquery Library, and Extjs
  • Excellent testing and troubleshooting skills

  C ++ DEVELOPER

  We are seeking a Web Developer to join our online advertising solutions team, who will responsible for maintenance and enhancement on current systems.

  Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Visual C++ development experience.
  • Experience on MFC, COM+, XML, network programming.
  • Objective-C on Mac OS X considered an asset.
  • Experience on Linux programming considered an asset.
  • Experience of any script language: Python, Perl, PHP, Bash considered an asset.
  • Extended math skill considered an asset

  Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with scripting languages such as Perl and bash
  • Knowledge of iPhone SDK, J2ME, Blackberry SDK, Android SDK, Window CE development is an asset.
  • Experience in a Linux environment
  • Knowledge of wireless device
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  Description:

  We are seeking a Web Developer to join our online advertising solutions team, who will responsible for maintenance and enhancement on current systems.

  Responsibilities:

  • Creating and producing images and logos;
  • Creating layouts for either the Company’s and the clients’ websites and digital newsletters or email advertising;
  • Creating promotional displays including signs and signage systems for public exhibition;
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs
  • Multi-tasking: graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time;
  • Producing accurate and high quality work.

  Requirements:

  • Several years working experience of graphic design, layout work and web designs.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Indesign, Illustrator, web editors (Dreamweaver, FrontPage…), Flash.
  • Knowledge of different format for web regarding image, html, xml, jpg, gif, flash and more
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in organizing information and related user interface design
  • A College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS skill is an asset
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team
